Mikel Landry-Leblanc - Sous Chef
I was born in Moncton and lived in Calgary most of my life, it was full of experiences but i had not felt home yet. Throughout my childhood my parents always encouraged tastes from different cultures and places. I’ve traveled and experienced all the Canadian provinces when I was younger. Now, I'm grateful to be back home and back to the cooking of my ancestors. I’ve had a few odd jobs here and there, but I have found my passion with black rabbit and I'm happy to share that with a group just as passionate and willing to create an amazing learning and growing environment.
